Seriously, it's been nearly a year since AW took another role and CJ took over (with one foot out the door). UV was interim VP (despite being here for just a few months and accomplishing nothing) and now actual VP for 6 months. In those 6 months she's come up with....an org chart. I guess it pays to be friends with AY. There are literally dozens of resources with no work and no direction.

You are the worst kind of person, @3wcc. Maybe someone here will comment on your appearance to give you a taste of your own medicine. I won't because it's not nice and I don't assume you have a sense of shame to appeal to.
How about proposing a change? direction? strategy? It’s easy yelling empty insults from the side lines. Quite frankly a disgusting character trait. Hopefully you are an angry soul who was terminated from this organization. Because people like you are cancer to any culture. UV are an asset to any organization, you have to be a worthless pest to not see that.
Are you just be a coward and go around posting online or are you going to get on UV's calendar and talk about how there isn't work and isn't direction to get things changed?

It didn't help that she has to deal with the aftermath of the Ctrl+F-up. Erick basically left a bunch of people with his messes to clean up, including UV.

At least she’s making a good faith effort to chip away at the hand she was dealt (not a great one). More than I could say for the spineless cowards who throw shade here, but wouldn’t say a word of this IRL. Grown men who hide behind their keyboards lol classic
