I have been here for more than a decade and do my job to the best of my ability but lately I feel that I have become unwelcome here. While I am constantly overwhelmed, new inexperienced employees who do not seem very interested in their job, do sloppy work and waste time slacking off but never get criticized for it.

Left myself in 2021 after 15 years as a cabinet specialist who was always in the top of the district. When I started having to cover flooring, appliances and seasonal all the time and then getting yelled at for not doing enough cabinet work I said, "adios". Best decision I ever made. Marvin will cause Lowes to go the way of Bed, Bath and Beyond.

I left back in May 2021 after 9 years and feel your pain. Happily retired now.
Watch them start getting Service Awards on top of that!
