No link to gender in UPX. There are plenty of incompetent leaders there that are both women and men. It's a "popular kid" or "in crowd" gets promoted dynamic. Most of the folks in the "in" crowd are narcissistic and incompetent, male and female.
You think that UPX leadership is incompetent because of the men? I don't see any relationship between incompetence and gender in the UPX leadership.
