Did anyone volunteer for the latest round of wfr? If so, did you get the standard package?
Any questions about about you volunteering from HR? Or did it just go through. Would they even care?

There are no voluntary options this time. Lists with people were created in December. If you're on it you're laid off before June.
I knew 2 ppl on FMLA leave that laid off pretty bad!
can you overuse vacation? You can only take what you're given. I'm guessing it's medical/dental.
I asked HR once and was told you can't volunteer. You can request from your manager to be put on the list if they are forced to give up a person.
Which benefits can be overused? Medical? Vacation?
My understanding is they denied requests for voluntary WFR. It appears they targeted certain groups as a cost cutting measure. Employees they think were being paid too much, employees they felt used too many benefits, etc.
