When is everything going to be announced? I feel like it keeps getting pushed back and there's so much information not shared to salaried management.

Announcements always when macys releases 4th quarter earnings. This year doing it on 3/3. Not that hard to figure out.

This company has restructured more since 2016 than most companies I have seen. Constant change is the norm now for Macys. Change can be good but not always for the better. Let’s see what this announcement has in store for everyone. I’m sure closings and layoffs will be part of it

Other than the MBA/OOM division of some responsibilities, I don’t know what other changes to expect. Maybe they are waiting until after this week’s PSS Trainings to combine CXM and SMM. I feel like that’s where it’s headed.
