The interesting question will be how many people will jump ship once the AIP bonus in March comes out? Each year we see a spike in attrition right after the bonus, but this year should be interesting, the company lost trust with most employees in Dec 2022 layoff. Another negative is GF salaries are known to be 20% or more lower than other companies in the same industry. Of course, the economy is a mess right now and many companies are tightening belts so that may help the attrition at GF. Of course, HR will never let us know how many people actually leave. I'm not sure I expect to see a huge increase this year due to the economy but the overall yearly attrition I expect to be very high, employees will pick and choose and wait for the job they want outside GF and it might not happen right away but eventually they will find it. My prediction is no huge spike in attrition in April/May but the overall yearly attrition globally will spike to >20% due to lack of trust in GF execs. Even India and Bulgaria got hit with layoffs so the honeymoon there is over, trust appears gone there too!!

What part of OP original post has any lies in it? Instead of typing first and thinking second, maybe try things the other way around. I would challenge you to find anything which is a lie in OP's original post!!
