It’s interesting that Clearlake has been listed at <20% shareholder when. In fact, they’re at 30% between Clearlake, Jose Enrique Feliciano, and Behdad Eghball (owners of Clearlake). Seems pretty clear that our CEO is not in control of this org and that we’re readying for someone else to take control. Enjoy that parachute, Mike.

If you examine the holdings of Clearlake, find the section on Blackbaud and locate 'Who Are the Key Executives at Blackbaud?'
