Any thoughts when this could occur ? Plan is to relocate to the phillipines.

The Engineering team in Ireland is one of the strongest in Fidelity. This is totally baseless rumour. Ireland is only going to Expand.
As per one VP this is scheduled to occur some time around Dec 2023. No severance plans as well.
