One guy in our team got a 0.7, he does more work than most and really supports the group. Our supervisor didn’t get along with him, I have no idea how he justified giving him a 0.7, but he got a new job (right away) and is leaving at a critical time, and the team is really nervous as he carried a bunch of people... he didn’t even think twice about leaving, he was very pi$$ed off, never saw him like that. But I don’t blame him. When you give an employee a 0.7, I assume that means you’re getting laid of anyway. This company is losing a lot of talent while we’re offshoring critical work that fewer and fewer people know how to correct...
