Everyone keeps talking about an expected wave of resignations after VCIP but do you think it will really happen?

We were 4 and now we’re up to 6 where I work.
4 have resigned where I work. Heh, Heh. Heh
I think it will be higher than normal where I work with more that would like to leave.
I know of two at Billings.
A few after VCIP is pretty common every year though. Nothing terribly new
