Work as ASM for ten years they call me on my day off to say they are cutting ASM and I have 1 week left with the company or take a pay cut =7,00 I can't support my family with that huge pay cut
Not sure what board members see in this CEO and his operation Death Star! No clear direction and corporate level is not in tune with store level.
The company has been going downhill since your CEO came on board. No trust in his leadership. Associates walk around scared they will be let go. No way to run a company. Board should fire all of the EVP’s and CEO. Time to start over. Bring back those that were fired in the last 3 years to turn everything around. Sad to see dedicated people be fired. The overall direction of the company will not succeed and might be poised for someone to buy them out. Executive management will get what they deserve.
