So much for the movement “ the best place to work in America”, sounds like the ships that we tried to sink are coming back for HyVee.
Hard to imagine how someone would love this much work stress ? Nothings ever good enough, Just ask your stressed out boss. Thats where . Reality counts. Clowns are every where.
As an employee, I’m frustrated at the fact that so many people were abusing this benefit. What the heck? The rules of the employee discount were clear.
I think the real reason is what was said. They need to stop the discount so they can get some checks and balances put in place and re-launch it. Why would they lie?
Here is a idea cut all des moines corp poeple 10 percent in wages. Will easily cover other 80000 employee discounts. This company is falling fsster than sears,eagles and econofoods. Get out now. I was staying on part time for discount. Final straw notice coming to hyvee soon. Not that they care and guess what i feel bad for poeple store level thats it
Because out top leadership makes poor financial decisions on spending the companies money, causing huge losses. Therefore employees perks are removed in order to cut expenses.
It’s perfectly normal to lose money. Trust me when I say this. Hyvee leadership knows what they are doing. This is part of their game plan. With them cutting the discount they will be able to attract the right people. I don’t want people working at HyVee for a discount. I want them to work at HyVee because they love it and they are loyal to HyVee. No body works for HyVee because of the pay. They work for HyVee because they love the job.
