Due to 'fradulent' activity. BS, I've seen what safety and security can do. Seen employees get walked out after one day of customer service training because they abused paid outs. Seen employees get caught adding discount to family members transactions 2 days after the fact. They have ways of tracking fraud and dealing with it. Just an excuse.

As a long time employee, what is most disappointing isn’t the rescinding of the discount. It’s the fact that they are lying and have no respect for what we do at store-level. Fraudulent activity is easy to track and punish. So tell us the truth. It was a rough quarter. Don’t blame the employees for your abject failure. What happened to the company I used to know? Unfortunately turning the Titanic around is an impossible task.
It's all smoke and mirrors, last quarter the company as a whole was black $1 million, last years Quarter was black $90 million as a whole company.. Stupid Corporate spending is taking this Company down... BURN THE SHIPS!!! It's burning, and the captain is the first one to jump in rescue boat.... Ole Randal Edeker has destroyed a good thing...
How does a multi billion dollar company put together a message that blames the employees for losing their employee benefit. They have fired hundreds of people over infractions. For goodness sake. At least own it and say times are very thought right now and we can’t continue thi benefit . How chicken sh-t
They are lying to us. It's because they LOST 24 million last month.
