Recently, managers are asked by their superiors to rank their employees according to the criticality of their jobs. In all of past major layoffs, people in each work group will be chopped from the bottom up according to the percentages to meet the quotas dictated by the corporate. Should anyone be alarmed...no, of course not. Everyone who works here should have known already. You have to be prepared at all time for this. You should not have more than one small box of your personal stuffs at your desk, so you don't have to do much when you are shown the door.
All of Dish's businesses are in decline. It is inevitable for this. The chairman himself is a smart man, but he is well known for his selfishness and greed. He surrounded himself with hungry people who tend to have the same character. While feeding your family selling tour blood and sweet here, look around for a better place for yourself.
