I have seen many, many rounds of layoffs at SAP and nothing has changed. There will always a new batch of blue kool-aid drinking sheeps joining. They heard that it is very easy to slack off at SAP, get free food and take naps anytime in one of the napping pods.
The company will always be one of the best places to work based on some shady rankings from Glassdoor and other employment organizations. People have to stay because they need the pay cheque to support their families even if they have to deal with poor leadership and management. Morale is always bad at this place but employees are afraid to speak up or rock the boat because they don't want to be tagged as a trouble maker. Unless there is a major overhaul and clean house at all levels, nothing will change. It is a very sad situation ....
@1psa+1ld1uBKR you spoke my mind.
