According to news reports, Dan Leopp is awarded $17 million in salary. And now he's telling everyone to go back to the office two days a week, and yet doesn't give any type of increase to accommodate for gas, time away from family etc.?
I'm sure in his contract, Leopp has a driver so the extra gas money does not affect him in the least bit. But he and his cronies will be checking the IT logs to make sure everyone is logging in from the office two days a week. This is all to get Detroit more tax money. It's nothing more than that.
Just a heads up to the executives, most of your employees live more than 15 miles from Detroit. So telling employees to drive to the office twice a week, is very much a financial burden. The majority of the jobs performed at Blue Cross can be conducted at home.
