GVR is all about statistics - he’s had at least 3 CFOs, 3 CIOs, 3 Leaders of stores etc. There must be a reason for all of this churn and it starts with him. He tries to explain away but people leave because of their leader. Or he lays them off without any concern. The board just sits there and watches it all. Instead of the focus on how to sell the company, change the leader. The story will be much easier to sell then.
