To the genius in the Southern Region who is hiring people to come in before DM visits and trash the place: We're on to your scheme. Stop using the same people and the same plan of placing 2-4 out-of-place items at the end of each side of every aisle.
Your "stooge" is in a rut in our store-- always grabbing the same decor signs, the same makeup pencils, the same toys/candles/pet supplies and food. And, this always happens after recovery and before a visit.
Try something new. Or, just try an honest approach? No one cares if your hotel didn't have enough hot water and you had to wash your hair in the sink. Grow up. Grow some manners. Go back outside, come in again and leave your attitude at the door.
Remember: Every day is a party! (Or, as the advert clearly states: "A Part.. Eeeee!!" as in "Part Time" said with a smile implying the "Eeeee" sound. Cute.)
Oh, and for that same, ONE Regional who makes a beeline for the hidden "planted", alleged 10% of non-ticketed, overstock NVO (Ie. that ONE can of mixed nuts and 6 dried fruit bars) claiming that "10% of one particular SKU" is unacceptable? YOU are a flat-out liar, as the provided store literature clearly states that it is 10% of product from the ENTIRE section. PLUS, YOU have been recorded, yourself, trashing the aisles as you nitpick and pull items and complain to a store manager who has bent over backwards to make sure everything is just so.
Yet, YOU keep sending in your stooges to set everyone up for failure and try to make yourself AND the DM look good. You should stop the passive/aggressive practice of leaving shelves in disarray, and throwing random items in associates' re-shop carts, too. That's akin to treating them like they are there to serve you and pick up trash that YOU created. You run an indoor flea market. You are no better than anyone else in the store, and all the anger is non-productive.
The only "list" we'll be on is the one that gets YOU removed from your job. There will be more than 10% of associates with enough grievances to put YOU, Brucie, the DM AND more than half of corporate on the dole queue.
