I just found out the glass support building was sold, is this true? Same person told me they're relocating to 899 building. I thought 899 was sold and Citrix is now leasing?
I work for sales so I hardly come into the office.

No gas masks will be provided. Your only options will be to just stew in it or leave the building.
I hope 851 has good ventilation because when TK takes a dump, it has the power to ki-l us all. Are gas masks part of the ROI package?
Everyone will fit into 851 because by the time they complete the move (they've said it will be a 12 to 18 month process), they will have laid off enough additional employees to make it work. In fact, that's likely how they'll determine how many more to lay off over the next year or so: current FTL employees minus 851 occupancy. Remember when working for PE, the layoffs never end.
"Eventually math wizard Krause thinks he can force everyone into 851."
And he will. Privately, TK has said it's like herding sheep into pens. Plain and simple.
701 was sold and is now closed. There are plans to sell 899 (if it wasn't sold already). Eventually math wizard Krause thinks he can force everyone into 851. Better get REALLY friendly with your co-workers because you're going to be sitting on their laps...
Un, no. 6363 is now occupied by several companies including a construction organization. The shieet that people make up here is amazing.
Checking the Commercial Property listing sites and not finding any evidence that 899 was sold. Last Sale date showing is in 2008 (which is when Citi moved out) and there doesn't seem to be anything showing that they are looking for buyers.
The glass building is 701 (aka One Cypress Place) and that shows a Sales Date of July 2022, so I thought maybe they sold it quietly last year.
Except that the Broward Property Appraiser site shows that Citrix still owned the property in November 2022, so I don't know what is going on there.
Maybe Citrix was leasing 701 and decided to buy last year, which seems to be a stupid time to buy. Anyway, I don't see that this is currently for sale, and if it has, they haven't sold yet.
The one building that was closed is 6363, and that was never owned by Citrix. They had the whole building (5 floors) leased and are still on the hook for the lease for a few more years.
They've been trying to sub-lease 6363 since 2021, but the whole building is listed as available still, so I guess no other su---r has come along to help Citrix pay the rent.
From what I was told from a tibco guy I met they owned the buildings they were in and Vista sold them and they were leased back. Is this what they are doing?
