This article is wrong. Under the lease agreement, they have to keep that Kmart open. It will be relegated to a small portion of that store with the other HOME company, or whatever it is called, taking the rest of the building.

Nope. The article about Kendale Lakes is mistaken as Home Goods (or whoever they are called) is only going to take over a PORTION of that Kmart. Kmart will just be getting smaller but it's not closing. That's why there is only a remodel job listed for that Kmart, NOT liquidation. The plan is to subdivide the building. I think the author of that article misunderstood that.
