Nothing motivates me more to work here long-term than asking my manager who is my former intern 6-7 years ago for advices about career advancement in this company
I don’t want to see anyone let go but what is with all the young inexperienced managers in the last couple years? Not to mention it seems like there are way too many management positions in general. Why not focus on cutting there than the people who actually do the work?
A number of “fat” layer senior managers must be let go. As well Houston office needs major shakeup. Bring back those who you pay all housing and perks plus give them green cards
Which VPs were let go? Heard about Hendy, anyone else?
They should bring back Pourbaix to fix this mess.
They could cut 1/2 the vp level and we worked bees wouldn’t notice they are gone. Cuts didn’t go far enough at the SR level.
