Managers can be completely oblivious or just Totally ANNOYING micromanaging MONSTERS. 5 people quit because they treat people poorly in a year?!?!?!?! And nothing happens!? Toxic toxic toxic. And people wonder why all those people left Apache and we are stuck picking up the slack. HR needs to actually do their job and fire people them before Apache has zero accountants left.

Being an Accountant at Apache should not be the end goal for anyone. Overworked with constantly being short staffed because multiple accountants leave every other month, who wants that? Better off being a data analyst or getting into IT. And it’s not just Apache numerous accountants are fed up with the profession in general. 300K accountants left the profession over the past 2 years. Pandemic was a wake up call and Apache is still asleep
