Next interest rate hike...

Will Dell be able to service the mountain of debt, the billion dollar settlement and cover the severance for 6,650+++ laid off employees?

Financially dell is fine. We’re 31 on the Fortune 500 list so we’ve got a long ways to fall. Our revenue was over 100Bn last year I don’t recall the actual profits but we’re fine.

Dell is still doing well and Michael Dell is one of the richest people in the world. IBP will payout less than 100% and they were paying those employees before so no issue. That is really not a concern and the moves were made to make sure they can handle those costs.

The question is can we still deliver the same quality or service with less employees.

Fact is many of the leaders are making these decisions from their vacation homes and have plenty of savings if they ever lose their job. They just can’t relate to the rest of us.

I'm concerned with all this money flying out the door... the IBP may not pay out this year. Anyone hear what the % is?
