My boss told me to stay quiet about it, but RTO would not be required for me. I don’t know about anyone else, I’m just repeating what was said to me.

And, we know most of the Citrix leftovers aren't high value. They're still awaiting their severance windfall. The one hope they have left of exiting gracefully. Truly pitiful...
It's funny and sad that there are some employees who think they're safe because they made it past last month's layoffs. The Grim Reaper is coming for you, too, whether you realize it or not. Especially if you work in the U.S., and especially if you work from home. TK has made it very clear. It's Bangalore or bust!
If you listened closely you would have also heard that you're no longer eligible to be promoted. And that if you don't get promoted you'll be let go.
Keep quiet about it and train your replacement in Bangalore.

They take turns and keep all the badges in one location so whoever’s turn it is next just grabs them and badges people in and out. You can’t control people to this level and you know it, biotch. 🖕😂🖕
So how is TK's own badge entry percentage looking so far? Leading by example?
Unless you live in another city from an office or have a real medical issue, at some point you will be flagged on the list of low badge entries. Which will then lead to action.
Your boss is either making your path out easier for himself (less work for him to let you go with that excuse than deal with your performance issues) or has no clue how TK will deal with such "quiet" RTO authorizations.
