Product marketing, comms and sales need to get something done and their team aligned. Its hard to watch from a Product Development perspective sometimes. The late decision making on designs, the focus on the wrong products, the wrong product descriptions on ecom, ignoring customer feedback from ecom,..

This is our main issue. Things are in disarray right now for a reason, and this is it. Something has to be done as soon as possible if we're to recover from this mess.

In LA, I witness PD directors “yessing” partnerships and marketing into decisions I know are not possible, and furthermore go against all brand protocall, if u speke up, u would be immediately discounted or minimized.
It’s not one team or function that is the problem: it’s leadership
Say n. Is so toxic and consumed with personal conflict + SayN. Gave no direction to JL on business matters and often entered mtgs with more personal details and tears than business.. I wasn’t shocked to learn the basketball ch 1 was a result of 9mil PD mistake…. No wonder JL has severed, literally
