Our store missed the path to growth bonus in Q4, with only a few stores in our district making it. We started the new fiscal year and Q1 and our store scorecard is again under 3.0 so two weeks into the new year and it looks like we are going to miss it again. Where is the merchandise? How are we supposed to make sales plan when we are exiting so many brands and don't have an assortment for our customers?
It looks like the company doesn't want to payout bonus to stores anymore. Sales plans are too high, changed the loyalty goals making it much harder in a year when many customers don't want another credit card at 30%, and good luck making NPS with no merch to sell. Never saw so many stores with such low scorecards early into the new year.
