Really sorry to hear that but the smart folks saw the writing on the wall and left years ago. Once I decided to leave, I sat back for about a month while I searched did little, and gave them only 2 weeks notice and they tried to make me feel guilty...the funniest was there was a LinkedIn story today from drunken Billy talking about how SSC invests in talent...hahahahahahahhahaha

Getting booted from that $hit hole a few years ago was the best thing that ever happened to me work related. You will find out you are much happier and appreciated at a real company.
