Get rid of some directors and VPs for a change of pace on this years annual layoff! Remember they will always go along with laying you off to save their hide!

It was brought up in the global huddle, so they're definitely happening. Not sure on the scale and I can't put an ear to the ground tere since I've been WFH.

Fossil has always performed significant layoffs before reviews, raises/bonuses are given out!
So if this is true then it’s not surprising.
I have not heard anything either. I hope this post is legitimate news and not one created just to cause distress and comments.
If anyone can provide factual details about upcoming layoffs it will be appreciated so we can brace for it and prepare ourselves.
