Thread regarding Macy's Inc. layoffs

Worry No More

I think its Terrible with the changes to our worry no more policy. Im curious how many of you feel this is just another way for macy's to cut our earnings. Now with the New Policy for WNM if they decide to trade up within 3yrs the original sale is deducted from the earnings of the original seller reguardless if they perform the transaction or another collegue trades up. If you aren't fortunate to do the trade up yourself then you lose the original sale and the new collegue receives the Sale. I feel this is very unfair being we are pushing them to buy the program then we are getting hit with a return. How do you feel about this new policy?

It's always been in the fine print that the customer has up to three years to cancel the protection plan and get a prorated refund. Is that what the charge back is for?
