This layoff is a bit different if compared to the others we had before - this one sees to be more wide-spead, it's not targeting specific pockets or groups. I may be wrong but this one feels different. It'll be interesting to see what kind of impact this will have on us, we'll see.

I think the OP is saying that many groups are affected, different geographies, different teams, different products, etc.
can you elaborate please?
