The most talented have long since left and those who are still here are in a constant anxiety when will be their time to be let go. In the meantime, they work double or triple workloads because their colleagues got laid off. Everyone sees that the company is in a nose dive. I have nothing positive to say about leadership. Are you too wondering how Dell still functions?

Those laid off showed up everyday & did their jobs very well. Why do you think people were so angry on the all hands call? Doing a good job won’t save you. My recommendation: Quiet Quitting & look for other employment. That’s what I’m doing. For those of us left, our turn is coming.
Was Doug’s all hands recorded ? I’d love to see the reply of it as I was off on leave during the meeting
Doug needed to go a very long time ago! He has driven his division into the ground. He protects his turf & the good ole boys. I heard about the all hands—laughing my a-s off. Dell is going down in flames!
All the talent left the day OneNA went live and they merged EMC into Dell.

To Michael's credit, he has truly turned the company into a machine. A machine that keeps churning to matter if you have A players or D players at the helm.

Not all leadership but if I was Doug’s boss and saw that all hands he would be on the layoff list. Is anyone more clueless to his staffs feelings. He pumped up all his friends and gave a big middle finger to everyone on the call. Have you ever seen a leader attacked on Q&A like that before? Time to move on we have a lot of great leaders at Dell and need their voice not him and his crew.
