It would have been great to have gotten a "heads up" about the new process. Us colleagues only have a couple of days to turn in our self evaluations. Ugh, when do we have time to do that??? I got 12 racks of go backs, recover my department, help customers and ring them up. All by myself!!!! #themagicofmacys

Not judging at all, I promise. I need help understanding why there are some stores out there circling 40 racks of put backs a day. What is so broken that you have nearly 40 racks of clothing to put back on the floor? Is ISM just not working for you? Wow, 38 racks. That’s rough…
People, All of the statistics are spoon fed to you. All you need to do is enter the data PROVIDED, and write a few bullet points. Took 20 minutes, tops. I would be more worried about your recovery rack issues!
Only 12 "go-back" rods??? What blessed store do you work in? I've got more than 38 and that's down from over a hundred on a consistent basis.
Welcome to the world of being an exempt executive. You know the reason you were issued a tablet, so if your time management skills are so poor that you can't get your work completed at the store, you can take it home and do your self evaluation from the comfort of your home with a cup of coffee and a box of Kleenex.
