Former Newpark fluids folks~ALL laid off by PV, started their own mud companies, now have over 100+ rigs running in the US! How do you like me now!!!!

When you take “non mud” management trying to run a mud company, failure occurs. This has been proven many times through the years. Point proven with D-mb and D-mber! Still continuing today at NDF.
Had high hopes for new management but if you keep the same guys at the local level and play off the same ol stuff you get the same ol stuff. No one’s held accountable and Newpark suffers. Time to jump ship.
And if they saw OUR financials, versus what they/NR reported today, they would be crushed. 2.7% net margins in fluids~in a BO-M, what a kluster**ck. Low cash on hand and high debts is nothing but a prolonged going out of business sale. Folks, We are laughing all the way to the bank, while NR sales/gives away/divests all it can to stay afloat. What excuse comes next from The Woodlands????
