It seems to me that something out of the ordinary or even strange is going on at HQ. I don’t know anything, it’s just vibes I’m picking up.

Who still believes in the ELT? Not sure I do. What have they said recently that was motivating?
Anything else you can elaborate on? The morale is in the dumpster and has been for months, but haven’t seen anything strange or sketchy per se?
