We are being told to hold hours down with the exception for OSLG on weekends. WTF…should we not hire anyone for the store for spring? Are we the victims of the global warming shift, or is this the plan for summer. It is a 3 week turn around from hire to floor on a good day. What do we tell our customers when there is no one to help them in May?

Spring staff-ups went away here two years ago.
"Assistance needed in the dog walking aisle.....Dog walking aisle."

Take a number like at the meat counter and wait your turn. Seriously just help one customer at a time and don't fret it. You might be able to get an ASM to help you out but I doubt it.
