This company could use manager training more intense because the one I worked at all the managers acted like they didn't care. Just fire random people and refuse to explain their new policies on their point system. So idc if they do layoffs I wouldn't shed a tear. I'm never going back 3 times your out walmart. Peace

The answer is clear. More self check outs. More automation. More robotics. Less associates that call in and don’t work and don’t care. There’s plenty of jobs in the fast food industry for them to aspire to. Then once the fast food industry moves to automation and robotics, I guess by that time, China will own the entire US, so the CCP will assign everyone their jobs. That’s the woke future.
