ABM- I feel for you since there is no need for your job in the USB platform. You are operations role with little to zero sales experience. I would advise you to find another job outside USB in operations. Most ABM's in the UB refused to, or had no desire to due new accounts. I'f this is you please find other jobs.
SRB's - Your career path is sales and the backbone of any bank. Opportunities should present itself but, you given today's market you would find more money and opportunity outside USB. There is no say that any UB bankers will have opportunity above USB bankers. You will start again in the back of the line. Most high performers already left for that reason and for good reason.
BSSO- Great opportunity since you skip ahead to banker role. Biggest benefit goes to your mapping group.
BSS- same mapping as the job you are doing now.
