Cuts in India Article

More cuts - Articles like this pretty much support what others are saying -

It's so tempting for some NA people to fall in the trap of a racist response to any sort of cuts. The fact of the matter is that it's never the fault of the workers doing delivery, the ethnicity and orientation of those of us doing the work has nothing to do with anything.

This is all part of a desperate strategy by senior leadership to make this gamble pay off as stated so well in a previous post. We're an outsourcing shop and there will always be turnover. I don't know that any of us would do any differently other than to deliver the 'being cut' news more humanely and with some empathy, as well as supporting those that are let go in their transition out of the company.

It's a big mess.

Worked on the Kyndryl finance team. We had been telling India for almost a year that they needed to stop hiring people because we couldn’t afford it, but they kept hiring people. I would not be surprised if they did this so they could cut a bunch of experienced people who probably get paid more but have enough people left over to do the work later on.
The executives see people only as a number which is why I left Kyndryl.

What's up with these guys calling everyone raciest? Actual they are the most raciest people ever. They only hire their own people. Companies are closing because of cheap labor (H1bs) and outsourcing.
