Never has there been more of an effort to create smoke and mirrors and busy useless work to distract employees. What started as a good idea has now turned to an endless litany of training tasks to keep people distracted from reality…. useless busy work… to push the kool-aid. Feels like more internal marketing over training…

We are undeserving of celebrating the month of June without more training.
Any training from ELT = Fake Work
Ignore the fact that ELT is laying off long time Teradata employees + replacing them with H1Bs or an offshore/mexico "equivalent". Also try to pretend that leadership isn't cashing in stocks like crazy with very few new customers.
Re-educate yourself into thinking 2+2=6. Heres the new elevator deck that will make it all seem like it makes sense.
