Merits were effective 4/01, no word on annual reviews either. I’m finding it hard to have any motivation to work when I don’t even know my hourly rate.

Remember, you're working to pay the debt that was used to purchase DST. So no raise cause that debt payment is more important...
We can see our checks, and they are not reflecting any increase. Nothing has been communicated. We don't know if we are even getting merit increases.
Promoted 3 times and in 5 years your salary only went up 5%? You look like the dummy here. Smoking crack accepting those positions.
I was there for 5 years, promoted three to times into level 2 manager, when I left my salary had grown 5% total from when I started. They thought I was a super star, in reality I did next to nothing, but they were to stupid to know. I miss the free money!
had to laugh when i saw the topic of this post. You will not get a raise you deserve or an industry standard raise amount. unless your dating one of the management. this is a thankless company
The words "DST" and "merit raise" are diometrically opposed.
Dst has always, clear back to the 1970's given tiny raises. h.r. has their head stuck in the sand.
I left. went to a consulting company, got a 1 year project and a 50% raise in pay. And I get overtime pay, if I choose to work overtime. And benefits.
Imagine working for a “company” where new annual salaries were effective 4/01, and you have no idea what you make a week into the cycle. What an HR nightmare.
The raises there have sucked for the last 20 years. That is because it is a $hitHole. The managers there are $u-k A$$es and they get no raise.
If it’s anything like my less than 200$ bonus I’m going to tell them to shove it up their a-s. This place was, is, and will forever be a sh*thole.
You must understand, DST does not wish to pay 1 cent for anyone's raise.
Your hourly rate is what you see on your paycheck. Dont count on raises to get you anywhere. Even great workers get tiny raises at DST. Thats why its known as a sweatshop
