After Teradata started doing layoffs without considering employees' performance, I decided to use all the extra time I would have spent doing overtime to apply for other job opportunities. It's just not worth putting in all that effort here if there's no guarantee that it will help me keep my job.

Stock price is up, let's party, cowabuga.
Very true and this person definitely sounds like an employee not a troll. With all the layoffs employees have multiple jobs in one and work “overtime” - I take this term to just mean nights and weekends which many do at Teradata. And over the past three years most of the good people either left or were laid off no matter how knowledgeable and productive they were. If you don’t drink the koolaid eventually you’re out.
Work like an ELT ... go to DEI training, do extracurricular activies to impress other companies for next gig, do some fake work, and say yes to everything ELT ask for... you will be praised, get big pay raise, bonuses, and RSUs and recognize as change agent without delivering a thing toward product, revenue, or customers.
Overtime? Obviously you are not a Teradata employee. More like a Troll.
