Someone still think they can turn this place around and "be a part of an amazing comeback story". Good luck. If you have the time and willing to take a risk and waste the best part of your earning years, this is the place.
Even with a good management team, a dedicated staff, and a good strategy, it's a monumental task that will take years. This place has none of that. So one can see the challenge is exponential.
If one's just starting out or have a few years left, sure stick around and get what you can but be ready to be booted. If you are in your earning years, why would you waste your time here when you can start building your career at lower risk places that actually have real products and increasing revenue and customers? Start laying the foundation of your future, develop good relationship with new people and good management, and accumulate credibility at a place that is less toxic, high morale, and focused on products. One will learn more about making progress in products and industry instead of constant re-orgs, layoffs, reset of products, and fighting the political machine to get something done.
