Stop exploitation - Push for Pay Parity

Rage against the American decision makers who are exploiting foreigners, rather than blame the foreigners for accepting jobs being offered.

Instead of blaming them for their existence, you should be pushing for equal pay for them as they are the victims here and not you.

As labour cost increases, outsourcing overseas would become less viable.

You can come out smelling good as the hero fighting for their rights rather than presenting yourself as a bumbling supremacist id--t trying to rally others with some patriotic vitriol as you hate your job.

I agree! If pay is equal it would have come down to quality and efficiency that would drive the decision. Global outsourcing would fall!

Last I checked, it is the US customer who is annoyed by outsourcing not the US employee. Get it together!
