This guy impacted the lives of 55,000 people, he made off with millions and now he's trying to recoup severance owed to him. Himself and the rotten board should look in the mirror to what they have done.

He deserves nothing. He had the corporate office repainted five times because he didn’t like the color. The vendor who did the job is still waiting for payment. Now owed $100k.

But we really can’t blame him solely the board hired this loser so they should be responsible for all of the severance that is owed to the employees who deserve it.
Personally, I believe MT is entitled to "severance" - of the Old English variety.*
