Thread regarding Baker Hughes layoffs

If you're thinking about making the jump, just do it!!!

I found a great role in another company and took it.

My blood pressure is lower, I feel healthier, I enjoy waking up in the morning.

If you have any doubts about whether you should leave BH, forget about them. Just get another job and put the past behind you. You will be soooo much happier.

Don’t blame the clown for doing clown things. Ask yourself why are you still at the circus!

Get out… there’s plenty good jobs out there that don’t have clowns as managers and dealing with toxic people is not a prerequisite.

I prefer running to jumping, sorry. I think it's time to run away as fast as possible. Might actually be a good thing for my time target (like 5k in 20 minutes or something). I actually thought I saw a post on LinkedIn about such training for 2023 from one of our colleagues not long ago.

Best move I (and countless others) have made. Ship is sinking or maybe sunk. Manager(they aren’t leaders) are looking for fall people for failed projects. Watch out!
