They haven't ruled it out but they've been very vague "we're still figuring out what promotions look like in a zero merit environment yada yada"
I reckon these are some options they could go with:
- No promotions full stop
- Promotions but delayed the salary increases till 2024
- Promotions for exceptional cases only
- Promotions without any raise (arguably worse than no promotion)
Anyone heard anything? I'm not expecting one myself but I'd hope next year isn't a huge backlog of candidates competing for them
