Can someone please tell me why corporate cares more about how clean the bullpen needs to be instead of worrying about all the freight that doesn't get stocked or doing things to help employees in their departments

Only one thing Corporate cares about - their Bonus. Only way they know how to get their bonus - cut costs and people. They picked up this sole tactic while at Sears and JC Penny. Depot was smart enough to run Melvin, Billy Sears, and Small Hands off. Imagine the laughter at Depot when they learned these 3 Stooges were going to run Lowes.
Because they came from SEARS, a company that is dead. Losers!
You need to watch Office Space. They have a similar "bullpen" issue called TPS reports. It means nothing much like the bullpen means nothing. Hey I need you to send a guy out to blow down the entire parking lot! Why? Because the corporate clown CAN. The question is WILL YOU DO IT? A company doesnt make sales whether a bullpen or parking lot is clean. Ignore the order and carry on. These corporate goons drive home every day to kick their dog and fight with their spouse..very unhappy people..that's why they are chosen to fill these positions.They are there to bring misery.
We all know that the bullpen is that junk bedroom where all the hoard ends up. It's not relevant to store sales.
Because none of them have ever actually worked as an hourly in a Lowe's store.
