Sh*trix subleasing their building in Raleigh

"Remote work strikes again!" says the opening sentence. In this case, tho, it's not remote work but, rather, laid-off victims of PE's greed & TK's homicidal business negligence.
(Where will any remaining NC-based Citrites go now?)

Where in the F am I going to be able to pay $5 for a cup of coffee if I don’t go downtown for work!
@xwu+ that's missing the point. It doesn't matter why the people aren't there. The expectation that workers schlep into business districts to empty their wallets in support of some bullsh-t urban economic fantasy is the real issue. Why should our quality of life suffer to benefit some planner's disgusting wet dream?
If the solution to your problem is for everybody else to change, not only will you be disappointed, you'll also deserve it.
The office is empty. Business districts are struggling. GOOD. Oh yeah, and why is also maybe a little interesting.
Where will remaining NC-based Shitrites go?
TO THE UNEMPLOYMENT LINE. WITH LITTLE OR NO SEVERANCE.

This is totally on-point. Late-stage American Capitalism must die!
The need to cut costs will continue, following the perpetual customer losses.
I see no end to the cost-cutting. It's ongoing...
