The only people left in this company are those who can't find a job anywhere else. I have no other explanation because I don't believe there's anyone who still enjoys working here!? This place is a big mess.

Nearly exactly the same here.
I've already found another job (hybrid, three weeks remote, one week in office), but I still come in one day a week to get out of the house. That, and by some miracle, Mom always wants something that we actually have in stock, and so I get her a discount.
i am about to retire anyway and decided to stay till the end and collect the paycheck. After 25 years it is hard to come to work after what MT and those that followed who destroyed the company and turned it into nothing. What a waste of the hard work over the years and seeing friends let go who cared about the customers and company. In the past every vendor wanted to be in a BBB and now they don't want any part of us and I can't blame them.
