FAKE WORK CHALLENGE - SENSE OF URGENCY - ASK THEM !!!

This place have lost its sense of priority and urgency for many years now. And it's worse with this group of arrogant self serving ELT and minions. They do so much FAKE WORK, it's astounding. There needs to be a sense of urgency and priority.

So the next time you're given a project or invited to a meeting, just ask a simple question

"Does this directly help increase revenue or add another customer in the next 3 to 6 months? and how"

If it does not convince you, it's fake work and you know what to do.

Would meetings and other time and resources on DEI, ESG, hackathon, culture indoctrination, ELT manangement in training pet projects .... pass this test question to your satisfaction?

Current ELT including JW is all self serving, stock price, and plans to cash in.... No pride in people, product, or technology. This is why this place was doomed at the start of transformation... how long now? 8 years and the heart and soul of the company is lost forever.

"Fake work" happened hourly under M.e..... VL.....RC....CT..... for YEARS. It was laughable then and it's still laughable now under JW, especially because the "COE" tries to freak the rest of us out marking it "ASAP", tries to get us to work 15hr days to get the new update live when we all know it won't change anything. (and nooooo the he-l if I'll work 15hr days at this point lol).

We all did and it was sickening.

But in all seriousness, let's help them with some therapeutic real questions and challenge these shameless ELT looters.

Ask them how what they want you to do will help revenue and customer acquisition. See if they can even answer with a straight face and sense of urgency so you can decide to stay or leave because of FAKE WORK by FAKE MGMT.

Remember when NC joined and told us about his wonderful husband and said there was nothing more urgent than making him and his people feel special? Remember how KCC and SM praised SM for his little speech? The ELT has made clear what they consider urgent. Why didn't you listen?

is decreasing revenue and lack of new customers a direct honest concern or what's fake about it?

At every stand up, PI, whatever, just ask your supervisor, manager, VP, CEO, whoever, are these new tasks FAKE just like the last fake one? Just don't be fake about it, be honest about your concerns.
